Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their businesses and needs
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, identifying opportunities to drive growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to drive initiatives forward and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Provide detailed feedback from merchants to internal partners, informing product development, marketing strategies, and sales approaches
  • Represent arenaflex at a senior level, maintaining a strong and professional reputation with our customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and revenue growth

Essential Qualifications
