Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling.
  • Investigating and resolving missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions.
  • Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.
  • Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online.
  • Essential web search tools skills, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
