Your responsibilities will include investigating and communicating requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our goals.

What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the HR Consistency group and Tasks with liabilities to include, acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing unique signature release letters; maintaining associations with TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry
• Processing everyday FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigating any database issues
• Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents working closely with HRIS and EC framework
• Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency
• Collaborating with clients and team members on a regular basis
• Auditing completed Unique Signature Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Favored Capabilities and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
• Proficiency in Access database management
• Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Ability to direct fair and consistent use of company policies and government requirements
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
• Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database
