Initially started as a seasonal company, The ProClean Team is an established but rapidly growing company that provides exterior cleaning services. Within the next three years, we will grow our customer base and services to the entire Puget Sound region providing exterior property maintenance to homeowners and commercial properties at a great value Because of all this GROWTH, we need someone who can help us establish a clear friendly content in our marketing message. You can handle occasional stress of high demand seasons. The Role You will be: The brand ambassador of our company. You’re the face of the company! You have the responsibility of providing quick and friendly communication with our customers, looking for opportunities to “wow” our customers. Dependability and friendliness is your secret sauce. If you are lightning fast responding to texts and phone calls you will easily do well in this position. Keeping records in our CRM, taking control of customer complaints, managing other admins and taking on special projects will keep you on your feet. (ok not literally) Our clients depend on you for scheduling, estimating and general communication. Our branding, marketing and sales approach is about presenting our services in a way that solves the customers problems. We need you to embody these core values.
