Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing specialized technical assistance to clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and verify data accurately to ensure seamless operations

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to network frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization systems
  • Provide specialized technical assistance to clients, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing solutions
  • Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record framework security to ensure confidentiality and compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, provide guidance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues, introduce or update equipment and software, and ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide follow-up support as needed
  • Complete service orders to avoid functional delays and ensure timely resolution of issues

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field

  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems
  • Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other remote desktop applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with dynamic catalog and other internet browsers

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Certification in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of network frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization systems
