Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our IT Financial Management Application Development team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to identify and analyze business requirements for data integration and reporting
• Developing and maintaining data models, data warehouses, and data stores to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies across multiple systems and applications
• Developing and maintaining data quality and governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Providing data analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
• Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement data integration and ETL processes
• Developing and maintaining data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Math, or Sciences

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and governance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
