Qualifications

Required Experience and Credentials

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a perioperative/OR setting
  • At least 2 years of clinical education or nurse preceptor experience in surgical environments
  • Strong understanding of AORN, Joint Commission, and CMS standards Preferred Skills
  • CNOR certification or equivalent strongly preferred
