About the Role

arenaflex's Remote Health Team is seeking a full-time, seasoned Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless interactions with arenaflex's services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology, demonstrating a strong knowledge of health and wellness principles.
  • Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Hubspot Service (arenaflex's CX platform) to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • De-escalate and triage challenging situations, providing empathetic and professional support to clients, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous, extensive Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A strong passion for health and wellness, with a desire to empower clients to achieve their health goals.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar customer experience platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a related field, such as health and wellness, fitness, or nutrition, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
