Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• High-speed internet access, with a reliable internet speed test required
• Ability to multitask, navigate multiple windows and screens, and stay organized
