Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless passenger experiences, including sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and web-based applications, including CRM software and airline systems.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
