Job Summary

As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Improvement, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify emerging process performance trends and implement process/system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
  • Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Conduct regular process reviews and provide recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Certification in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., CQA, CQE)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
