As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face of our Domino's Pizza location. Your key responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.
- Sharing our menu with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer receives their order on time and to their satisfaction.
- Participating in pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, with proper training and support.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
