Essential Qualifications

  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills, with the ability to learn and utilize new software applications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Previous experience working in a banking or credit union environment, with knowledge of financial products and services
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience, with the ability to learn and utilize new software applications
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
