Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve issues and provide support
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an exceptional customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
- Providing exceptional support to customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery

Essential Qualifications
To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to type 30 wpm, including 10-key
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
