Join our team of 11 people to analyze, improve, and implement operational processes that make life easier for colleagues and customers alike. You’ll work with international teams, introduce smart solutions, and ensure our operations are efficient and resilient. You will report directly to the Director International Network Operations We value flexibility: you’ll work around 40% on site in Bad Hersfeld, up to 50% from home, and around 10% travelling across Europe.

Your Role:

  • Evaluate and improve existing processes, eliminating inefficiencies
  • Design and implement new or enhanced processes, including cross-border operations and customer-specific solutions
  • Support implementation locally and guide teams to adopt new workflows
  • Maintain and update SOPs, Operations Manuals and Audit Catalogues
  • Support new external partner integrations and ensure compliance with regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, and international teams

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process management or operational excellence
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to lead change and communicate process improvements effectively
  • Experience with process management tools, operations manuals, and documentation
  • Fluent English (C1 level), written and spoken
