The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, are tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries, offering product recommendations and solutions to their issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
