Job Summary:

As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records

• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports, including eligibility discrepancies between systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and implement green resolutions
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our drugstore adjudication system and its functionality
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare industry experience, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
