As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including property management platform management, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, and addressing guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Guest and reservation management: You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, processing reservations, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • Virtual property management: You will oversee the day-to-day management of our properties, including coordinating with housekeeping staff, arranging amenities, and ensuring that our properties are always guest-ready.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You will work closely with our cleaning staff to ensure that our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Addressing guest issues: You will be the primary point of contact for guest issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that our guests have a positive experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
  • Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours.
  • Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in the English language.
  • Extreme attention to detail, with excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed.
