Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and service level agreements

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
  • A USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor
  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $12.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $13.00 per hour for residents of Florida (if hired).
