Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for typing, proofreading, and editing electronic documents to support daily production and meet customer specifications within established quality standards and deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Correct OCR errors and ensure accurate data entry

• Transcribe data from source documents with precision and attention to detail
• Verify entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Apply composition codes and style rules to maintain consistency and quality
• Check for compliance with style guide rules to ensure adherence to industry standards
• Consistently meet quality requirements and production deadlines
• Problem-solve and escalate issues that may impact delivery of a quality, on-time product
• Participate in team meetings and projects to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals
• Work with supervisors, peers, quality staff, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Assist in training new employees, maintaining work instructions, and recommending changes for improvement
