Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting our internal Account Management teams with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with our Wellness Program participants to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and data management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on customer service and support
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
  • Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
