Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative for our music streaming service, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is committed to helping our customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in German
  • Professional/business level proficiency in German and English
  • Experience in providing customer support via inbound web messages, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
