Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative / Customer Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of customer issues and data before it's entered
• Acting as an assistant to the HR Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflow
• Typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, including general work, data entry, and reception duties
• Receiving calls, texts, and emails on behalf of arenaflex, providing timely and effective responses
• Booking appointments and flight reservations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information, demonstrating a high level of integrity and honesty
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
• A highly motivated and self-starting attitude, with a willingness to propose solutions and drive positive change
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in computer software, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with a secure internet connection
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute, with the ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently
