Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex enthusiasts from the comfort of your own home

  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

* Active experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
