Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodsville, NH. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start your career in banking and/or customer service, and we're excited to welcome a new team member to our community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
  • Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Providing account services to customers, including account openings and maintenance
  • Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
  • Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's proprietary software
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in banking or customer service

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with cash handling and ATM operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
