Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries, and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services. You will be an ambassador of the arenaflex brand, upholding company standards during every customer interaction, and working collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to aid in customer education.
  • Uphold company standards during every customer interaction.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and brief customers on new or updated information.
  • Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals.
  • Document and escalate cases according to company policy.

Requirements

* Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work.
