Job Purpose This position is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data. Responsible for collaborating to deliver consistent, data-driven business outcomes. This position will identify data improvement areas, develop standard procedures, inputs, and outputs for digital products, gather stakeholder feedback and buy-in, and building those solutions using a range of approved digital technologies to improve user experience and gain user efficiencies. 

Key Accountabilities Analyze medium datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.Develops standard procedures, inputs, and outputs for digital products.Ability to identify improvement areas and develop activities to achieve strategic objectives.Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data, exchange information and support overall departmental objectives.Understand and empathize with customer to define and focus on the right problem to solve.Gathers stakeholder feedback and buy-in to continuously improve processes and systemsManage data projects of medium complexity and scope through the development of project criteria and management.Support key business initiatives with the development of products, data, applications, or analytics driven strategies.Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to effectively deliver key milestones.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.Review data-driven solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.Promotes programs throughout North America to drive collaboration and engagement.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications:     

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/Computer Science, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Technical field (i.e., IT, Engineering) or equivalentMinimum Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Supply Chain or IT or PurchasingOther Job-Specific Skills:

Proven skills in the following: computer skills; effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.Proficiency in SQL, Python, Jupyter, Docker, Tableau, PowerBI, or other open-source tools.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsCollaboratively design user-centric solutions.Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.   Ability to prioritize and work with limited direction.Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based work environment.Design thinking experience.Job Dimensions No. of Direct Reports: 0

Decisions Expected Analyze data from multiple sources to identify problem areas and advise on possible solutions.Choosing the proper data visualization/dashboard tool to best support the customer/user.Requirements for IT supported data and development platforms (with IT support).Data analysis and input for business intelligence solutions.Daily decisions on defect escalations based on impact to production / site / users (data/ML operations).Working Conditions Position is VirtualTypical travel: 1-2 times per QuarterApprox. 5 hours per week overtime, more possible during peak project activity
