Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Washington, D.C. As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment
- Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively
