Role Description The role of the experienced Senior Charles River Everywhere (CRE) Consultant is to support the configuration and optimization of advisor workflows within a wealth management environment. This individual will play a key role in designing user journeys, enhancing advisor-facing processes, and aligning platform capabilities with business needs.

• Configure and customize Charles River Everywhere (CRE) to support wealth management operations and advisor workflows
• Design and optimize user journeys, navigation structures, layouts, and entitlement-based views
• Translate advisor and business requirements into scalable CRE configurations
• Partner with wealth management stakeholders to improve advisor-driven processes and platform usability
• Support workflow enhancements across portfolio management, trading, and related wealth processes
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure system configurations align with broader platform architecture
• Provide guidance on best practices for CRE configuration and process optimization
• Assist with validation, testing, and implementation of configuration changes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within wealth management environments, particularly supporting advisor-driven business processes
• Hands-on experience configuring Charles River Everywhere, including:
• User workflows
• Navigation structures
• Entitlement-based views and layouts
• Strong understanding of advisor workflows and wealth management operational processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Preferred: Working knowledge of Charles River Development (CRD) Investment Book of Record, including:
• Activity posting
• Positions and tax lot maintenance
• Reconciliation with custodial books/ABOR

Location This role is responsible to go onsite to a local office for the first week of orientation, and remote thereafter unless requested. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa currently. Candidates residing outside these states are not eligible for consideration currently.

Compensation

We are committed to pay equity and transparency. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc. Estimated Compensation Range: $143,039 — $173,690 USD
