Project Administrator Senior Consultant
Job Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do:
- In this role as a Project Coordinator Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing Jira and Confluence support project teams with loading data, formatting templates, and creating job aides
- Supporting project management and consultants by reviewing deliverables due and following up on financial updates
- Working with consultants as needed on updating utilization to be able to report on financials timely.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs
- Current holder of a Workday certification(s)
- Master level accounting skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Ability to create job aides and manage getting updates on deliverables
- Jira and Confluence experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $92,000.00-$153,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
