- 2+ years mechanical estimating experience
- Strong HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing knowledge
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience with retrofit/remodel estimating
- QuoteSoft experience a plus
- $90,000-$140,000 salary based on experience
