Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing exceptional support and service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Providing personalized support and assistance to Card Members, including travel, card, and lifestyle services
- Utilizing the Client First philosophy to address Card Members' needs and expectations
- Offering creative solutions to resolve Card Members' issues or concerns
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings
- Providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
Capabilities

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a luxury or high-end customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or Card Members
- Fluency in multiple languages
