This role ensures high‑quality behavioral and physical health care coordination, supports market strategy development, and serves as a key clinical liaison to state, community, and customer stakeholders. The position reports to the Principal Clinical Leader for Kentucky SKY.This is a fully remote position, and candidates must reside in the state of Kentucky.ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of licensed behavioral health clinicians in a complex, matrixed environment.Coordinate physical and behavioral health services across multiple systems.Contribute to the development of market strategies and value propositions.Serve as the primary behavioral health clinical liaison to state agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.Manage cross-segment projects requiring collaboration, problem solving, influence, and analytical thinking.Promote innovation and best practices in behavioral health care across teams.Participate in quality management activities to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.Core CompetenciesMastery of problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, including evaluating costs, benefits, and clinical appropriateness.Mastery of collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to lead effectively across diverse functions and stakeholder groups.Demonstrated growth mindset with agility in developing and executing new quality outcomes driven initiatives.Mastery of execution and delivery, including planning, organizing, and supporting complex initiatives.Ability to work effectively within diverse cultural dynamics among clinical staff, youth, and families.Deep knowledge of care transition phases and the community resources available to support youth and families.Mastery of digital literacy skills to support virtual leadership, documentation, and care coordination.Required QualificationsKentucky residencyKentucky Independent Behavioral Health licensureMinimum 5 years of independent licensureAt least 3 years of experience working with multisystem‑involved youthAt least 5 years of people‑leadership experienceMinimum 1 year of Managed Care experienceCare Management experienceAdvanced proficiency with personal computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Acute and Sub‑Acute Psychiatric servicesExperience with discharge planning and crisis interventionExperience serving as a liaison with behavioral health providersExperience in metrics and performance managementEducationMaster's degree in Social Work or a related Behavioral Health fieldAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$78,331.00 - $168,714.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
