Legal Operations Specialist (Remote)

We are currently seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to work on a remote basis, designing and implementing strategic solutions and improvements across our clients' legal departments. Responsibilities:

• Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
• Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
• Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
• Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
• Assist with project coordination and process management. Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work.
• Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
• Experience managing budget & spend management.
• Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
• Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software. Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a competitive starting at $100k and adjusted to take location and years of experience into consideration.
