The Role

As a Remote Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This includes addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. You'll be the face of our clients' businesses, and your role will be crucial in enhancing customer support and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts - Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems - Share sales links and provide discounts to customers - Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers - Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
