Job Overview The Data Engineering team at arenaflex is responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and databases that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and databases to support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design data pipelines, and implement data validation processes Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines, data validation scripts, and data quality checks Work with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud-based platforms Design and implement database schema, tables, and views to support business requirements Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using tools like Docker, Gitlab, and Windstream Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data models and algorithms Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and maintenance Proven expertise in using Python and SQL (preferably with Snowflake) Experience with developing in a multi-environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) and DEVOP practices for code management and development Experience with creating and maintaining automated workflow schedulers Solid understanding of relational database design and functionality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, preferably cloud-based Proficiency in cloud architecture and product offerings, preferably AWS Experience managing and deploying code using a source control system like GitLab/GitHub Experience using Docker and containerization Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data technologies. You will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
