Key Responsibilities:
As a Host/Bakery Cashier/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our bakery, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor
- Managing cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and consistency
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a balanced workload and exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 16 years of age
- Open availability of at least 4 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience (a plus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
- Experience in a bakery or food service environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
