Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support through live chat on our business websites and social media platforms - Communicate directly with customers to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless experience - Utilize strong communication and typing skills to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and typing skills - Basic familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook - Reliable and self-motivated individual capable of working independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online - Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute - Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service tools
