What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.

Requirements
We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Specialist who possesses:
- 1-2 years of customer support or service experience: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking: You'll be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus: While not required, experience with these platforms will be an asset in providing exceptional customer support.
Schedule
As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you'll work three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday. This will give you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life, while still contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
