About the Position

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your primary responsibilities will include entering and verifying work-related information using computers and point of sale systems, as well as operating standard office equipment. Responsibilities

Data Entry and Verification: Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all data entries.

  • Information Transmission: Transmit information or documents using a computer, utilizing our digital platforms to streamline communication and collaboration.
  • Accuracy and Quality Control: Read and visually verify information in various formats for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data entries meet our high standards.
  • Database Management: Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records and answer inquiries, maintaining the integrity of our data systems.
  • Office Operations: Operate standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets, adhering to our strict security protocols.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, ensuring that all documents meet our quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements
