What you'll accomplish with us As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams
  • Manage data imports, exports, and deduplication processes
  • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as SQL Server and Snowflake

  • Demonstrates strong data management and integration expertise
  • Is recognized for their attention to detail and commitment to system integrity
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM systems, or cloud platform management
  • English proficiency (intermediate or advanced) may be required, as the role involves collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership on a regular basis.
