What you'll accomplish with us As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams
- Manage data imports, exports, and deduplication processes
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as SQL Server and Snowflake

- Demonstrates strong data management and integration expertise
- Is recognized for their attention to detail and commitment to system integrity
- Has 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM systems, or cloud platform management
- English proficiency (intermediate or advanced) may be required, as the role involves collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership on a regular basis.
