We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter and update data in databases with precision and accuracy

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typing and computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Administrative assistance and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service and support
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or computer science

  • Experience working in a recruitment or staffing agency, or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems, such as CRM or ERP
  • Certification in a related field, such as Microsoft Office or data entry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in multiple languages
