Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative call center team in Greendale, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
