Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services

Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base + uncapped commission + benefits Location: Remote (U.S.-based) The Role This is a pure business development and sales leadership role. We are not looking for a marketer. Not a strategist. Not a campaign manager. Not a CMO. Not a founder. Not an agency owner. We are hiring a proven digital marketing services sales expert. Someone who has built revenue selling to law firms and professional services clients. Someone who knows this space, knows what is important for Law firms, and knows how to win. If your background is mostly managing campaigns, leading creative teams, or "aligning with sales," this role is not a fit. This role is about new business. Prospecting. Pipeline-building. Contract negotiation. Account ownership. Your job is to find the right clients, earn their trust, and close. This role is fully remote. About SocioSquares Founded in 2011, SocioSquares is a results-driven digital marketing agency focused on legal marketing. We help law firms grow their caseloads through SEO, PPC, lead generation, web development, and social media marketing. We are not a generalist agency that happens to work with lawyers. Law firm marketing is what we do. Our clients are attorneys and managing partners who need more cases, and we deliver measurable results through data-backed strategies, AI-powered SEO, and campaigns built for the legal industry. Our team operates across the U.S. and India, with headquarters in the Greater Houston area. We move fast, hold ourselves to high standards, and we are growing. About You You have personally closed deals. Carried a quota. Built revenue from scratch. You know how to sell SEO, SEM, PPC, web development, and lead generation services because you've actually done it. Minimum 5 years of sales experience inside a digital marketing agency. This is a requirement, not a preference. You fearlessly prospect. You know how to open doors, start conversations, and get in front of decision-makers anywhere in the country. Cold outreach doesn't intimidate you. Rejection doesn't slow you down. You find a way in. You know how to sell. You execute strategies, deliver sharp presentations, handle objections without flinching, and move deals forward with confidence and momentum. You follow up. You build trust. You know how to become the advisor clients rely on, not just another name in their inbox. You play the long game and you win it. You have fire in the belly. Self-starter. Driven. Walks through walls. Takes no prisoners. You perform when no one is watching. Especially then. You don't do just one thing, and you don't want to. You're good at many things and you pride yourself on figuring new stuff out, on your own, without being asked twice. You're a juggler. Multiple balls in the air at once. You don't drop them. If the first pass doesn't land, you adjust and come back stronger. And you take pride in that. You're a team player. "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. You're confident, not cocky. You step up before you're asked. You're organized. Period. You have good judgment. You've worked in startup or growth-stage environments and you know what excellent work looks like, and you hold yourself to that standard every day. You know this space. Digital marketing and law firm businesses aren't new territory for you. You understand the clients, the pressures they face, and what it actually takes to earn and keep their business. • Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 depending on experience
