Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Gigentra, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet their needs and expectations
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements with stakeholders
• Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that our solutions meet the required standards
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget
