Job Title: Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney - Partnership Track Job Location: We have offices in San Jose, CA & Morgan Hill, CA but are open to strong remote candidates Compensation: $130K - $250K base depending on experience plus bonus and equity partnership track! Requirements: Active California Bar License with 2+ years of Trust & Estate Planning Litigation experience Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who wishes to further their career within a partnership track environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust administration, estate planning, probate, and litigation, and will be responsible for effectively representing clients in complex trust and estate disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in trust and estate litigation cases
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues
- Advise clients on estate planning and probate matters
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
- Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships
- Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law and litigation trends
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar License
- 2+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation
- Strong knowledge of trust administration and estate planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal ethics
