UI/UX Designer – USA-Remote Role

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic remote team in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• * Design and implement user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• * Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.
• * Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts effectively.
• * Collaborate with development teams to ensure design consistency and functionality throughout the product lifecycle.
• * Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• * Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly digital solutions.
• * Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve user experience.
• * Analyze feedback and usage data to refine and optimize existing interfaces.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• * Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
• * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• * Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• * Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs.
• * Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• * Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Experience
• * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• * Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• * Demonstrated success in contributing to full design lifecycles—from concept to launch.
• Working Hours
• * Remote, flexible working schedule based on U.S. time zones.
• * Core collaboration hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (flexible depending on project needs).
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• * Ability to conduct usability testing and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights.
• * Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• * Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack).
