What you will do: Design and deploy AI-driven personalization engines that dynamically tailor patient treatment plans based on real-time engagement patterns. Build and refine autonomous AI agents using low-code platforms to guide patients through their therapeutic journey seamlessly. Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product growth, patient acquisition, and long-term clinical retention. The ideal candidate: 6+ years of experience in a combined product management and software engineering role with a history of shipping consumer products. Deep technical proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node) and experience building with cloud infrastructure and Large Language Models.
