Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads and conduct virtual consultations
- Follow our step-by-step scripted process to present life insurance options
- Help clients find the best solutions for their financial protection needs
- Use digital tools and CRM to track client activity and applications
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team collaboration
Skills
- A strong desire to grow and succeed in a remote sales role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and accountability in a flexible, remote environment
- Willingness to get licensed (we provide guidance and discounted training)
- Sales, customer service, or client management experience is a plus
