Business Development Representative

Energy CX is a fast-growing player in the energy brokerage industry, leveraging technology and analytics to disrupt traditional practices. They are looking for a Business Development Representative to establish their presence in New York City, focusing on generating new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients in order to source opportunities for your VP of Sales
  • Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries
  • Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities
  • Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market
  • Make 350+ cold calls per week
  • Cold email prospective customers
  • Book 2-3 meetings per week
  • Sit in on Exploratory meetings with Account Executives

Skills

  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Highly competitive
  • Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated
  • Located in NYC, New York with the ability to work remotely

Benefits
